Easter Cakes

For those of you that asked what my Easter Mini-Cakes looked like....

They were fun to make and decorate. Hopefully they'll get a little better each year. This year I accidentally got the "fluffy" icing, which was hard to make look smooth and decorate over. Next year I'll know better.
